“I wanted to take the opportunity to reach out regarding the amazing help we have received from support technician over the past week. He has been extremely attentive and receptive to our feedback and constant calls and communication regarding all of the technical issues we were having. He went above and beyond most days and we are very grateful for his help and dedication to this issue. I just wanted to make sure his hard work was recognized.”
