Newmarket, ON – Unity Connected Solutions is proud to announce that one of its customers, The Crossing Studios, received the Avaya Customer Innovation award for Midmarket Transformation at Avaya Engage on February 15, 2017.

The award is for companies that have demonstrated transformation of their businesses and organizations through innovative uses of business communications and collaboration technologies.

The Crossing Studios is a fast growing company and has become one of the largest studio and production facilities in Western Canada. They expanded from one to eight production facilities almost overnight and needed a solution that allowed them to deliver the highest customer service to their clients that included Hollywood film and TV crews. The Crossing Studios turned to Unity Connected Solution’s Hosted IP Office solution, Powered by Avaya IP Office. A cloud solution offering a scalable, affordable and easy-to-manage communications platform that would support The Crossing Studio’s rapid expansion while meeting the high expectations of its clients specific demands..
