Unity Connected Solutions are an Avaya Partner in Customer Excellence – Again!

 

Newmarket, ON – On December 12, 2017, Avaya recognizes Unity Connected Solutions as a Partner in Customer Excellence

Unity Connected Solutions is an Avaya EDGE Diamond partner (Avaya’s highest designation) and has been selling, designing, implementing and supporting Avaya based communications solutions for 13 years.

Unity Connected Solutions once again the ONLY Avaya Diamond Partner in Customer Excellence in Canada

Avaya performs a rigorous customer satisfaction program to ensure that Avaya Partners deliver the highest level of sales and support to their customers. Those partners who stand out by performing at the highest level are designated as a Partner in Customer Excellence. Essentially customers have to rate the Avaya Partner as 95% or better in terms of satisfaction.

For the third year in a row, Unity Connected Solutions has met and exceeded those standards. In Canada, Unity Connected Solutions are the only Enterprise, Diamond Partner to have met that standard. This is no mean feat considering the complexity of many of the solutions we implement and support for our customers. These include Avaya Aura, Avaya IP Office offering unified communications and contact center solutions.
