We have made this as simple as possible, but there are a few options for you to choose from:

We start spinning up the system
We send you your Flexfone workbook
We align dates for installation
Depending on the installation choice you have made, you will receive a different installation date. With Flexfone Basic, this could be as little as one week.
Note on Number Portability: If you have selected number portability, we will verify whether your number can be ported. If it is, we will provide you a temporary number to get you up and running as quickly as possible, as it can take about 3 weeks to port numbers. Once your number is ported, we will arrange to swap your temporary number for your original, ported number.
