“I want to reach out to you to inform you of how much we appreciate your technician coming into our area and fixing up our phones. We have had this issue in the past, and he is making it very easy to have the problem fixed. He is installing the buzzers and tweaking the phone functions to better accommodate our needs. I personally thanked him, but I wanted to reach out to his immediate manager to ensure he is thanked in whatever way possible. I can see the obvious effort he is putting into getting this done and seems to be done effectively and efficiently.”
